Q: What are your price ranges for wedding dresses?

A: At Peter Choo Bridal, prices for our showroom gowns (in-store collection) start from 35,000 THB.

Estimated price ranges:
Minimal styles: 35,000 – 60,000 THB
Partial-lace / decoration styles: 40,000 – 65,000 THB
Full-lace / decoration styles: 45,000 – 95,000 THB
Bespoke wedding gowns (design service): No longer has this service.

If you have a specific budget in mind, please let us know or make an inquity in advance so we can advise you accordingly.



Q: What is your try-on policy?

‍A:  Brides are welcome to try on up to two gowns free of charge as a complimentary service (including one additional gown covered by the appointment deposit).

For any additional gowns, a try-on fee of 500 THB per gown will apply. If you place an order for your wedding dress during the trial session, all try-on fees will be fully waived.



Q: Can I make an appointment?

A: Yes, appointments are available by reservation. As we have recently experienced multiple no-shows, a 500 THB appointment deposit is required to confirm all bookings. This deposit will be deducted from your gown order or try-on fee should you decide to proceed. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable in the event of a no-show or late cancellation (arrival more than 30 minutes late without prior notice).

Q: Can you create a gown based on a photo or a reference from other brands?‍

‍A: At Peter Choo, we do not replicate or recreate designs from other brands. Every gown we make is designed in-house and reflects our own aesthetic and craftsmanship. You are welcome to share photos or references to help us understand your preferred style, silhouette, or mood. We may suggest a similar style from our existing collections if available. We recommend visiting our boutique in Bangkok to preview our collections and discuss your options in person.



Q: How early should I order my wedding gown?

A: At Peter Choo Bridal, we accept custom gown orders 6 to 24 weeks prior to your wedding date. This timeframe allows us to maintain a consistent design and production process, ensure proper fittings, and deliver the highest level of craftsmanship. Orders placed outside this period may not be accepted.

Rush Order Policy:
Orders placed within 6–8 weeks of the wedding date may be subject to a 10–20% rush order fee, or a minimum of 10,000 THB per order, depending on design complexity and production availability.



Q: Do you offer ready-made gowns?‍

‍A: Yes. A selection of samples and showpiece gowns is available for purchase. Please note that not all gowns are for sale, as some pieces are reserved for try-on and made-to-order purposes only.
